I tested the entire unit in the final location and decided to relocate all of the electrical that would otherwise be directly over the shower. I’d eventually end up removing this top piece to cut the top down a couple of inches once I realized that my drain line has to be tightened against the bottom and I lost an inch of clearance that I wanted to install a shower light and fan above the unit.
