
Spring Jam ’10 Featuring N*E*R*D and Kevin Rudolf
Campus Activities Board (CAB) invites the Drexel community to attend this year’s Spring Jam, featuring top-of-the-chart artists N*E*R*D and Kevin Rudolf, on Saturday, April 24, 2010 from 4 to 11 p.m. at the Armory (33rd and Cuthbert Streets).
A carnival with pick-up volleyball games, dunk tanks, a mechanical bull, bungee course, combine hosted by Drexel Athletics, free food sponsored by The Good Idea Fund and other activities by various student organizations will begin at 4 p.m.
Following the carnival, CAB will be introduce the top two Drexel Idol contestants, first-place winners of Drexel’s Best Dance Crew and winners of Battle of the Bands, followed by Kevin Rudolf and N*E*R*D.

Town Hall Meeting on Underage Drinking
Center City Student Life and the C.H.O.I.C.E.S Center for Alcohol, Other Drug and Health Education will host a discussion about underage drinking on Monday, April 26, 2010 from 4:30 to 10 p.m. in New College Building room 4217 (245 N. 15th Street).
This will be a lively discussion with a panel of students, faculty and staff who will answer questions and offer their perspectives on related issues, including the impact of underage drinking, discussion on policies — both pro and con — and views on the drinking age. Refreshments will be served.

The Alpha Course
Campus Crusade for Christ is starting its Alpha Course for the spring term tonight, April 22, 2010 at 6:30 p.m. in Ross Commons room 316 (34th Street and Powelton Avenue).

Student Liberty Front Meeting: 4/20 Recap and Discussion on Drugs
Students are invited to the Student Liberty Front meeting tonight, April 21, 2010 from 9 to 11 p.m. in Matheson Hall room 208 (32nd and Market Streets).
The meeting will include a recap of some 4/20 events held on campus and across the country and a discussion on the issue of drugs in America concerning legalization, taxation, morality and more. Pizza will be served.
