Dinner with 12 Dragons is a student/alumni program where alumni volunteer to host dinners in their homes for current Drexel students and Drexel grads.

Dinner with 12 Dragons is coming to the Cherry Hill area on Saturday, April 24th, and YOU could be invited! This is a great chance to network with Drexel alums and enjoy a great meal while doing it!!

SHPE General Body Meeting

The Society of Hispanic Professional Engineers (SHPE) will host a general body meeting tonight, April 13, 2010 at 6:30 p.m. in Conference Room A, Greenawalt Student Development Center, lower level of Creese Student Center (32nd and Chestnut Streets).
The meeting will present what the organization is about, and the spring events calendar will be distributed. Complimentary food will be provided.
The organization offers resources to those who are trying to find co-op opportunities or employment after graduation. SHPE offers students professional and academic workshops, interaction with the Philadelphia community, cultural knowledge and exciting social events. Students do not have to be Hispanic or engineers to participate in this group. All students are welcome.

Tonight: EWB Chapter Meeting

Engineers Without Borders (EWB) will hold its first chapter meeting of the spring term tonight, April 13, 2010 from 5 to 6 p.m. in the LeBow Engineering Center Hill Conference Room (31st and Market Streets).
EWB is a student organization with the main purpose of helping the developing world. EWB provides the basics of life such as water and shelter, using appropriate and sustainable technology. More importantly, EWB helps people help themselves.

Raman Spectroscopy Roundtable

The Drexel Nanotechnology Institute and Thermo Fisher Scientific will host a Raman Spectroscopy Roundtable today, April 12, 2010 from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. in the LeBow Engineering Center Hill Conference Room (31st and Market Streets).
This event will provide students, faculty, and staff with the opportunity to learn about the latest technology in Raman Spectroscopy.
