Orders Up! Chick-Fil-A Sampling

For those of you who love chick’n or free giveaways. Take note, this will be EVERY WEDNESDAY until the dining terrace opens, and who knows when that will happen.

4 to 5 p.m. Weds Sept 23rd
Orders Up! Chick-Fil-A Sampling
Spangler Walk (between Myers and Kelly Residence Halls, Race Street, between 33rd and 34th Streets)
You ordered it, now sample it. In the Place Your Order November 2008 Survey, students overwhelmingly voted for Chick-Fil-A to be the anchor brand in the Northside Dining Terrace. Samples of Chick-Fil-A will be distributed outside Kelly Hall, on Spangler Walk. Stop by Spangler Walk every Wednesday from 4 to 5 p.m. for more samples, prizes and giveaways until the opening of the Northside Dining Terrace.

Mikey’s American Grill and Sports Bar (32nd and Chestnut Streets)

Join members of the senior class and young alumni for a social networking night at Mikey’s American Grill and Sports Bar. This event is an opportunity for seniors to make new connections, meet local young alumni and expand their Drexel network. Learn about upcoming student-alumni events from the Young Alumni Association and enjoy an assortment of hors d´oeuvres as you mingle with your peers. Living an Eco Life: Potting Your Own Plants

Thanks again, commuters. Don’t change the date without telling anyone this time! The best part about this event is that you get a plant too.

You have been hearing a lot about how to create a more sustainable environment, well
here is one more opportunity for you to learn more. Try your hand at potting some of
your favorite flowers as we have a FREE Lunch, and hear from Educators from the
Schuylkill Center for Environmental Education about how you can make your impact on
the environment one step at a time.
This great event will take place on Thursday, August 20th from 12:30 – 1:30 p.m. at the
Korman Quad (next to the “stadium
seating”). The rain location will be the Creese Lobby.

5. Commuter Ice Cream Social
We are back again!! CGTSPS and USGA invite you to an Ice Cream Social!
Come meet the Commuter and Transfer Assistants as well as and the Transfer
Student Representative! What could be better than celebrating the term with
FREE ICE‐CREAM! Come join us and beat the heat with ice‐cream!!
The event will take place on Tuesday, August 4th, NOON until the ice cream runs
out, at the Korman Quad. Rain Location – Creese Lobby!
